Baystone Financial Group is an approved Mohave Educational Service Cooperative (“Mohave”) financing source for municipalities throughout Arizona. By utilizing the lease program available through Mohave, members are provided with competitively priced solutions to meet their needs. The use of pre-approved contracts and pricing saves the lessee both time and money typically associated with traditional bidding processes.

Baystone has partnered with Mohave to provide lease purchase financing to their members since 1995. Lease purchase financing is available to Mohave members for any type of capital equipment needed by a government entity. Most school districts, and many cities, counties, fire districts, and other political subdivisions in Arizona are Mohave members.

What is Mohave Financing Contract?

Mohave Educational Service Cooperative is a procurement service available to municipalities throughout the state of Arizona. The Mohave Financing Contract provides financing with competitive pricing, using a lease purchase agreement. Expedited financing is available to all Mohave members with the use of our pre-approved contracts. An escrow agreement is also available to provide flexibility for multiple vendor payments.

Simply call, e-mail, or fax a finance request to Baystone Financial Group and a formal proposal including interest rate, payments, and terms will be prepared. When the member is ready to proceed with the financing, credit approval will be obtained and Baystone will supply the necessary documentation. Upon receipt of the fully executed contract and delivery of the equipment, we will make prompt payment to the vendor.
