Baystone Financial Group is a General Services Administration (GSA) approved contractor offering Lease to Ownership financing to all federal agencies. Using our GSA contract, federal agencies can bypass the ‘Open Market’ bidding process and secure financing quickly.

We offer financing for any capital equipment needed by a federal agency. State and Local governments can also utilize our approved contract through a GSA Cooperative Purchasing or Disaster Recovery Purchasing arrangement.

What is GSA Contract?

The General Services Administration (GSA) is a unit of government charged with administering the contracts of approved vendors supplying goods and services to federal agencies. GSA’s contractor submission process complies with all federally mandated contracting requirements including competition and pricing evaluations. Goods and services obtained using GSA are considered to be issued using full and open competition as per FAR 8.4. This allows federal agencies to procure goods and services without the ‘Open Market’ bidding process. The pricing reflected on the GSA contract is the contractor’s most-favored customer pricing.

Baystone Financial Group collaborates with other GSA contractors to provide a ‘Total Solutions’ advantage. Under the GSA Schedules Program, two or more approved contractors can work together to meet the needs of the federal agency.
